In this workshop we will make three charcuterie items
a Roulade, a Pate en croute and a cured meat,
These dishes are really fun to make and in some cases can be kept for quite some time in the fridge a a delicious sourse of protein a easy ploughmans lunch accompaniements or a great party dish ready at a moments notice.
if we have time we will also make a lovely bunch of sausages to take home!
As usual we will prep, cook and eat and be merry!
